Refund and Cancellation policy
This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product / service that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:
You can reschedule or cancel your service booking at any time. In case of cancellation, if you have already made a payment, the same will be refunded within 7 working days. However, we do request that you make any last-minute rescheduling or cancellation only when it is absolutely unavoidable. Each booking is reserved exclusively for you, as we do not make any back-up bookings. Therefore a last-minute change leaves a slot unused and prevents another patient in need from receiving support that day.
Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 15 days of placing the service order.
In case of any refunds approved by Hosfriend, it will take 7 days for the refund to be processed to you.
